WELL I thought I was back... however... life tends to change your course..... all I can say is I have been busy ~when I get online its usually facebook and news... I have not been a good blogger at all.. not like the old days but I am going to try and get better... I am also going to start a page on my blog dedicated to my photos.. too.. otherwise life goes on.. until we meet again...

YEAH I AM BACK...
SO THE LAST POST WAS ABOUT BAZZIE BOY ROUGHLY 5 MONTHS AGO.. MUCH HAS HAPPENED SINCE THEN... THE MOST SIGNIFICANT WAS MY SWEETHEART BEING DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETES 8 WEEKS AGO.. IN THAT 8 WEEKS WE JOINED TOGETHER.. ATTENDED DIABETES CLASSES .. LEARNED ABOUT NUTRTION FAR MORE THAN WE EVER KNEW BEFORE... IN THAT 8 WEEKS.. STEVE LOST 15 POUNDS I HAVE LOST 12... STEVE'S BLOOD SUGAR HAS GONE FROM 250 DOWN TO 99 - 130s .. give or take a few points.. his A1C THE MOST IMPORTANT B LOOD TEST. HAS GONE FROM 10.2 DANGER ZONE TO 6.9 ALMOST EXCELLENT... WE ARE WORKING HARD TO GET HEALTHY AND CONTINUE LIVING AND ENJOYING LIFE EACH DAY... IT IS WONDERFUL TO HAVE A PARTNER NOT ONLY IN EVERY DAY LIFE BUT A PARTNER WORKING WITH YOU TO GET HEALTHY.. FINALLY.. AND IT FEELS GOOD... SO MANY FALSE STARTS.. TOGETHER WE ARE TACKLING IT ALL ... AND THOUGH IT IS NOT EASY.. IT IS WORTH EVERY OUNCE OF EFFORT TOGETHER..

Helping his human

Its trash can diving
& teaching his
humans about surviving
Its food food food
Are you hungry boy
It’s a bone ,
it’s a bed … its destroying a new stuffed toy.
It is teaching his humans patience
As he learned the
difference between outside and inside
choices
Its a
loving lick even after firm voices…
Its Barwoof … let me out

Its no fear of
anything
It Is being the king of doggie shedding
Its destroying all
his bedding…
Its an
uncompromising loyalty
It is his English
lab royalty
Its not stepping in wet grass
It is his stubbornness his sass…
Its supervising his humans
as they dress
Its making clean
clothes a doggie fur mess…
Its a happy wet Bazzie kiss
Its knowing how much our Boy is going to be missed
What is 12 years of
life?
It listening to
secrets
Telling no lies
It is the deepest
sadness when we have to say goodbye

HAVING A BUSY WORK TIMe
just been nutty work wise ... and I have been too tired to write... all is well... just no down time... dealing with our oldest pup Baz who is very sick right now.. he has cancer a rare form and it is agressive... so its been kinda nuts here... will eventually be back here on a regular basis..
