My switcharoo on Israeli Salad

What you need
a bowl
1/2 bag broccoli slaw
a few sprigs of fresh mint (cut up)
a few sprigs of fresh cilantro (cut up)
one bell pepper any color
one cucumber
5 roma tomatos
balsamic vinegar to taste
lemon juice to taste
splash olive oil

Dice up veggies.. ( however you like)
Add everything

I marianated this for 2 days we ate part of it for lunch today it was amazing..  Enjoy!'
